In the open test site, our factory technical team conducted a full-scale field test of the E22 electric bulldozer. The test covered power output, hydraulic system stability, battery performance, and adaptability to rough terrain, verifying the reliability and efficiency of this zero-emission construction machine under real working conditions.

On-Site Test: Engineers Operate the E22 Electric Bulldozer

Wearing safety gear, our engineers put the E22 electric bulldozer through its paces on uneven ground and sloped terrain. They tested the machine’s starting performance, pushing power, turning flexibility, and continuous operation capability. The quiet operation of the 200kW permanent magnet synchronous motor eliminated the noise common with diesel bulldozers, allowing for precise control and clear communication between team members during the test.

Core Performance Verification: Power, Hydraulics and Battery

The E22 is equipped with a 200kW permanent magnet synchronous motor (200Nm torque) and a 423.94kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack (614.2V, 690Ah). During the test, the行走 motor controller (210kW, 800AAC) delivered stable power output even under heavy load conditions. The triple gear pump hydraulic system, driven by a 50kW permanent magnet motor, provided smooth and powerful lifting and pushing performance, with the 30MPa working pressure meeting the requirements of typical bulldozing tasks.

Thermal Management and System Stability Test

The field test also evaluated the performance of the E22’s integrated thermal management system. The 8kW compressor-based TMS cooling system, 45kW plate-fin radiator, and electronically controlled air conditioner worked together to maintain optimal operating temperatures for the battery pack and motor, even during continuous operation. The custom VCU controller monitored all parameters in real time, ensuring the system operated within safe limits throughout the test.

Terrain Adaptability and Safety Features

The E22’s tracked chassis demonstrated excellent stability on rough and sloped terrain. Engineers tested the bulldozer’s climbing ability, traction, and maneuverability, finding the machine performed reliably in all conditions. Safety features such as the CAN communication insulation monitor, high-voltage shielding cables, and 360° panoramic imaging system with starlight night vision were also verified, providing comprehensive protection for operators during field work.

Conclusion: E22 Electric Bulldozer Ready for Real-World Applications

After the successful field test, our factory team confirmed that the E22 electric bulldozer meets all performance and reliability standards. With its 200kW power, large-capacity battery, efficient hydraulic system, and intelligent control, it is ready to deliver zero-emission, low-noise, and cost-effective performance in various construction environments.
